Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the competition is Calor Gas Limited of Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6RL (the “Promoter”).

2. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.

3. The competition is not open to employees, their families, or contractors of the Promoters, PSH Skypower Limited, Cameron Flights Southern Ltd and GDA Ltd and existing dealers of the Promoter.

4. Only one entry per person permitted.

5. The closing date for entries to the competition is 30th May 2008.

6. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid correct entries received and will be notified by registered post and/or telephone within 7 days of the date of the draw.

7. The Promoter’s decision as to the operation of the competition will be final.

8. The winner’s details will be available on written request to Calor Gas Limited, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6RL.

9. There is one voucher for a hot air balloon flight for two people to be won. The voucher is subject to separate terms and conditions which can be found on http://www.goballooning.co.uk/. However please note the following.

9.1 The winner must contact the flight provider to make a booking within 3 months of
the purchase date of the voucher. [The purchase date will be advised when the voucher has been delivered or collected as stated in condition 10]. The flight must be booked for a date within 6 months of the purchase date. The voucher is valid for 12 months and may be extended subject to the terms and conditions set out on the website in condition 9 above.

9.2. The winner of the voucher must telephone the flight provider as instructed on the voucher to ensure the flight has not been cancelled.

9.3. The flight may be postponed by the winner on giving either 36 hours notice if a flight is booked for a day between Tuesday and Saturday inclusive or 72 hours if a flight is booked for a Sunday or Monday. Flights may be postponed by the flight provider due to weather conditions and under the Air Navigation Order at any time up to the time of the flight. In this event an alternative date for a flight will be offered as soon as reasonable possible to the winner.

9.4. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to fly. All requests and instructions during the flight must be obeyed for the winner’s own health and safety.

9.5. The duration of the flight will be approximately 1 hour at the flight provider’s discretion and will not follow any particular direction or land at a specific location.

9.6. Age, weight and smoking restrictions apply to any flight. Full terms and conditions are set out on the website stated in condition 9 above.

10. The prize will be sent via recorded, insured delivery, to the address supplied on the entry form. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Alternatively the prize may be collected in person from the
Promoter’s office, provided reasonable notice is given. In this circumstance the winner must present appropriate photographic evidence of identity.

11. The winner must be willing to participate in any promotional publicity free of charge.

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or vary the competition at any time, without notice.

14. No cash alternative available.

15. Entry to the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
